Bourbon Maple – Not enough to get ya drunk, just enough to get ya started. (higher cost for this premium sauce)
Carolina Gold – A sweet mustard sauce that will satisfy. Thicker than your average Carolina vinegar sauce with a peppery finish.
Mexican Mole - Chocolate essence with a subtle heat.
Hot Hawaiian - Red and spicy with hints of pineapple, habanero, and ghost peppers. Perfect when you want some heat.
Jerk – Taste Jamaica on your meat. Enough heat to give you the flavor without heartburn.
Green Monster – Our south-of-the-border tomatillo sauce. Great on anything, and mixes well with our other sauces. Great for pulled pork or chicken.
BBQ smoked beans – 7 types of beans mixed with our special seasoning blend, with some shredded smoked chicken or pork and then smoked for 3 hours (can be made vegetarian style).
Potato Salad –traditional mayo based, or Italian style with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and olive oil.
Macaroni Salad – traditional mayo based.
Cole Slaw - sweet and tangy, mayo based.
Corn Salsa - sweet corn kernels, jalapeños, cilantro, onion, salt and lime juice.
Smoked Baby Potatoes – seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, then smoked for a great flavor.
Corn on the Cob – golden and sweet, always a crowd pleaser.
Mac N Cheese – Full of cheesy goodness. Baked for a heavier finish.
Cornbread – Sweet, and moist. Could be a dessert by itself.
Wings – smoked and deep fried.
Shrimp Boil – Shrimp, Red Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, and Spicy Sausage all cooked together with southern seasoning.
Whole Hog – up to 100 pounds, nose to tail, you get it all.

Planning your event - in most cases, people eat approximately a pound of food per person. 1/4 pound of meat, sides, and bread is usual. If you only have meat, then 1/2 to 1/3 pound of meat per person should be expected. You know your guests best, so plan accordingly.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Delivery Fees – Delivery within a 10 mile radius of Ashtabula is free. Anything further will charged at $1 per mile round trip.
Onsite Cooking - $200 will be added for cooking onsite. This includes 8 hours total for cooking and serving. Standard serving time is 2 hours, additional serving time will be charged 10% of the final bill in two hour increments. Whole hog orders will also require this onsite cooking fee.
Disposable Serving Sets - $18 each. Includes chafing dish wire rack, aluminum water pan, 2 half-size aluminum food pans, half-size aluminum food pan lids, serving forks or serving tongs, and 6 hour burners,
